The Media Cove is a independent UK art studio built on the idea of turning memories into art, while allowing that art to be accessible. Whether it's turning your furry friends into one of a kind art or sport inspired art prints, The Media Cove is your one stop shop for all your art needs.

Nicole Porter is a young artist from Essex, who has loved art since she was old enough to grip a pencil, Nicole refound her love for Art last year as a way to relieve stress and focus on creating. Launching her independent art business in December 2025, having since travelled around the UK attending craft markets and events as well as working to commission.

Our Mission

With community at our core, we want to motivate people to connect with their creativity, removing the barriers to entry and mental blockades that come with art of any kind. As well as this we want to keep art accessible so that everyone can have a moment of bliss in their living space.

Meet Nicole

Our founder, Nicole created The Media Cove out of  frustration of the lack of working class individuals in the arts a whole and the issues she encountered while trying to pursue the creative industries. With a strong passion and natural interest in both fine art and music, Nicole felt priced out of both pursuing it as a career and contributing to the arts as a fan due to price barriers. Her mission began as a personal endeavour before she decided to launch The Media Cove as a community based business for all individuals interested in the arts.
