Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a refund, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Be in its original condition, exactly as it was sold.

  • Be unaltered, unused, and free from any damage.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or used after delivery.

Custom & Personalised Orders

As all custom or personalised prints are made specifically to your requirements, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.

Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for mistakes provided during checkout.

How to Return an Item 

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
